- Floating steel and glass staircase for a Private Residential home in Jesmond, Newcastle
- Support beams throughout roof area at food manufacturer’s cold stores for refrigeration units
- Structural steels for an additional floor to an Old Country Manor Hotel. Over 13 tonne of steels were manufactured and installed.
- Out building at a food manufacturing plant to house machinery and reduce the noise omitted at night to a neighbouring house
